It’s been awhile since I’ve cooked up some tofu. I found this awesome orange chicken style tofu online and knew I had to try it.
Today’s bento is dinner leftovers. I’m still pretty excited about it though.
On the left: seaweed salad topped with a cherry tomato, fresh pineapple, stir fried mushrooms.
On the right: rice with sweet potato flowers, orange chicken style tofu (YUM!)
