I think summer is officially here and I’ve gotten my bento mojo back! Woot. Lunches are looking a LOT better this week.
In the upper left: carrot sticks and plain old fashioned potato salad.
In the upper right: strawberries and watermelon.
In the main compartment: leftover bbq pork tenderloin, green beans, grape tomatoes and a lentil-corn-arugula salad with sun dried tomatoes and red wine vinaigrette.
